The idea to check the shape of the voltage generated by the electronic mods arose a quite long time ago, when I bought the ProVari. Before I had been using the Vamo and mechanical mods and when I bought PV I noticed that it vapes somehow better than the Vamo, almost like mechanics ... So I started to wonder WHY? Maybe voltage shape matters? I decided to check it out.
TEST SETUP
Voltage shape was observed by use of digital oscilloscope. It was measured under load, which was the resistor of 2 Ohms (usually) directly connected to the rebuildable atomizer. The measurement was carried out at voltage 4V, so the power in such constructed setup was easy 8W. In more interesting cases, measurements were also done at other settings.
